Knowledge

What do you know?

To help you all live happier lives I thought I would divulge some of the secret wisdom I have acquired over the many, many years that I have lived. That being said, here are some things that I have learned:

On the highway, the faster someone drives, the less distance they are going.

The more ignorant someone is, the more they are sure they are right.

Sport Utility vehicles are neither.

The more someone talks, the less they actually do.

If they tell you “wait, there’s more” in a commercial, it’s crap.

Rap is to Music what Etch-a-Sketch is to Art.

If it has the word Quality in the name, it doesn’t have it.

Nobody thinks they are evil.

Quotes you can live by:

What’s so funny about Peace, Love, and Understanding? (Elvis Costello)

Any idea that at first doesn’t seem ridiculous is probably not worth pursuing. (Albert Einstein)

Rules without enforcement are merely good advice. (U.S. Supreme Court)

The Buddha resides in the teeth of a gear as well as the petals of a flower. (Robert Pirsig)

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.
(Robert Heinlein)
